Aralliya
Aralliya is a beautiful two bedroom, two and a half bath villa located on the hillside in the residential area of Jardin D'Orient.
Overlooking the famous Orient Baie Beach, one of the nicest beaches on the island. This classically modern villa is furnished in a minimalist style with white and hardwoods, and Terracotta tiles throughout the villa that warm the cool white walls.
As you enter the villa the incredible view greets you through the entry arch. The open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. A small office area with safe and half bath is across from the kitchen. Two stairs down, the air-conditioned living and dining area offers satellite television, DVD player, stereo and CD player with IPod Dock.
The bedrooms are located on the opposite sides of the living room. Each has queen size bed and en-suite bath. The lower level consists of an air-conditioned exercise room offering free weights, home gym and stationary bike. Spectacular views of the sea through large picture windows in every room, including the bathrooms, serves as a stunning backdrop for this home.
From the indoor living/dining area (also access from each bedroom) you exit through large sliding glass doors out to the pool deck area. The plunge pool is centered in the deck and is a wonderful spot to take a dip or enjoy the view. There is also seating for four, and deck chairs for sunning.
Aralliya has a three bedroom sister villa, Turquoze, on the same property with all the same amenities. The villas can be rented together for large group or separately. When rented separately, both villas offer maximum privacy.

Living/Dining Room:
The air conditioned living /dining area offers modern furnishings and has a spectacular view to Orient Beach. Dining table seating for 4 persons.
Amenities:
Spectacular views of Orient Beach, fully air-conditioned, wireless internet access, alarm system, telephone, Satellite Television, DVD player, Stereo with CD player & IPod dock, washer & dryer (not for use by renters but housekeeper will assist with any personal laundry), gas BBQ Grill, safe located in small office area.
Pool:
The pool area is lovely overlooking Orient Beach with loungers on the sun deck plus outdoor dining area for 4 persons.

Prices quoted weekly in US dollars and subject to change at any time. Add 9% tax to all rates. Divide by 7 for the nightly rate. Minimum rental 5 nights all year excluding Christmas/New Year Holidays. Holiday rentals require a two week (14 night) minimum rental. Rates are based on two persons per bedroom. |
