This new three bedroom, three and a half bath villa in Dawn Beach Estates has stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third has a queen bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as a/c units. The master bedroom has cable TV with VCR. The master bedroom opens directly on to the pool deck.
This beautiful villa has a private pool that has great views of the ocean. It has a fully equipped kitchen with most appliances including a freezer, ice mchine, microwave, oven and stove, freezer, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The living room has cable TV, a stereo set with CD player and DVD player.
Beach Daze is perfectly situated on the Dutch side, only a short distance from Marigot, capital of French St. Martin and just 15 minutes from Philipsburg, the Dutch side capital. The Dutch side of the island offers you great casinos and fantastic nightlife while the French side has wonderful dining for your pleasure.

Prices quoted weekly in US dollars and subject to change at any time. Add 8% or 9% tax to all rates except for Coral Beach Club which is 10%. Divide by 7 for the nightly rate. Minimum rental for most villas is 5 nights all year excluding Christmas/New Year Holidays. Holiday rentals require a two week (14 night) minimum rental. Rates are based on two persons per bedroom.
