Prices quoted weekly in US dollars and subject to change at any time. Add 8% tax for most French side villas and 9% tax for most Dutch side villas to all rates except for Coral Beach Club which is 10%. Divide by 7 for the nightly rate. Minimum rental for most villas is 5 nights all year excluding Christmas/New Year Holidays. Holiday rentals require a two week minimum rental with some exceptions. Rates are based on two persons per bedroom.
