Oleander
Oleander is lovely four bedroom, four bath villa located directly on the beach at Pelican Key on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. A large tiled pool deck is perfect for sunbathing just steps from the blue Caribbean sea. The free form pool is centered in the deck and a wonderful teak dining table for eight overlooking the pool and the sea beyond.
Indoors, a spacious living, dining and open kitchen area opens to the pool deck. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bar area extends into the built in dining table that seats six. Two walls in the living area are made from stone found on the island and complement the terra cotta tiled floors throughout the villa. Rattan furniture and colorful cushions complete the Caribbean design.
Two bedrooms are located off of the dining area, each with king size bed and private bath. The front bedroom has an ocean view while the rear bedroom has a garden view. On the opposite side of the living area are the other two bedrooms. These also have king beds, private baths and ocean and garden views respectively. Two of the bedrooms can have twin beds if preferred. Because all of the bedrooms are equal, Oleander is a perfect choice for multiple couples.
The home is also great for families as well. Oleander is just a short drive to other beaches, restaurants, shopping, casinos and more. Pelican Key is great location for those wanting privacy but also to be close to the activities of the island. |
